peanut butter & jelly overnight oats
Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk of choice
½ tablespoon chia seeds
½ tablespoon maple syrup, honey, or agave
1 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon jelly or preserves
Directions
Place all ingredients minus the jelly in a glass jar, stir to combine – I shake the jars up once the lids are on.
Cover and let sit in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, add more milk as needed to get your desired consistency – I like to make 4-5 of these jars on Sundays for a quick grab and go breakfast during the week.
I like Pb & J because it’s the fastest, but you can add whatever mix-ins make you happy - blueberries, raspberries, chopped almonds, chocolate chips, bananas - whatever sounds good to you.
